Free Workshop - Composting with Worms

Facilitated by Alisa Allison (Reconnect to Nature) and hosted by the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River as part of their Caring for Place initiative, at the Zone Room in the Margaret River Youth Precinct.


In this workshop you’ll learn best practice techniques for setting up & maintaining worm farms (above ground and in-ground) including:

  • Favourite foods for composting worms

  • Adding carbon to worm farms

  • Difference between worm leachate & worm tea

  • How to increase your worm population

    and more!

Workshop attendees will also receive a FREE copy of Alisa’s ebook,  ‘How to Make an In-ground Worm Farm’ with step by step instructions.

There are two different dates and times to choose from -
Tuesday, 11 November, 2025 - 5pm to 6.30pm; or 
Saturday, 6 December, 2025 - 10am to 11.30am
